1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you place your order.
2. Delivery and Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Standard Shipping
- Orders placed before 1 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be processed the same day where possible.
- Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Express Shipping (Charges Apply Based on Location)
- Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
- Express deliveries are typically completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal or our website.
4. Address Modification
To modify your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@rthmfit.com before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting us at info@rthmfit.com.
- If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return and refund policy.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
- COD orders may take additional processing time.
- Customers refusing COD deliveries multiple times may have COD restricted for future orders.
7. Product Availability & Delays
If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you with alternative options. If none are acceptable, we will issue a full refund.
